Black Cole Haan Viola Shoes
The pair I purchased is black. Really beautiful, stylish and comfortable. One minor problem; the right shoe had a minute scuff where the leather came off. They are only pair in my size so I decided to keep them. Unless you study shoes on other people, you will notice it.

shoe size
I have read a lot of reviews, but I don't see anything about the shoe size. Question: Is the black shoe accurate in size or does it run small or large? My regular size is 8.5M and lately that only gives me just enough wiggle room for my toes.

They sent used shoes
My wife bought them...and they sent us used and returned pair of shoes! Didnt expected that from Macy's. Very disappointed!

Cute but not sturdy
These shoes were adorable and they seemed like they would be comfortable too. However, when they arrived, the suede was rubbed off the top of the knot, likely by rubbing against the box. If the suede is that fragile, it seemed likely that these shoes would be fragile. They cost too much to be so easily damaged.
