It's a gorgeous tent, easy to set up and take down. It is huge!! We are very, very satisfied. We have one queen air mattress and it's going to give us so much more room.

Not reliable and not repairable
Don't bother with the "instant" technology, and probably the company! Remember, when you camp, your tent is probably the most crucial element unless you like sleeping under the stars. Failure here can ruin a trip . . . fast! We only used this tent FOUR TIMES before a pole failed and broke. Also, instant tents CANNOT BE FIXED! No replacement poles possible. So, not reliable and not repairable. That should be a non-started for anyone. Finally, this was my second try with a Coleman instant tent. Now I'm the dummy for not learning the first time.

Fragile Poles
I purchased this tent for a camping trip in colorado. It is a beautiful tent and had no problems all weekend until it was time to take it down. One of the poles snapped. Mind you, this was our very first use. Very disappointing considering it was brand new.

Great summer tent
This tent is super easy to put up and take down. There is plenty of room for realistically up to 4 persons. The optional room divider makes this even nicer. What sold me on this tent are the large windows and 4 way ventilation. It also has the option of having one half of the tent be a screened in porch. The only change I would make for this tent is to make the door a D style door, although the zippers work better than any tent the I have ever had. I love that you can just pull on the windows and they open. The door will do that if you first open it part way. Overall I am very pleased with this tent.

Not waterproof
We bought this a year and half ago and used it once. This tent goes up easily even for 2 elderly people. However, on our second camping trip that was to be extended travel, the first night it rained a slow steady rain for several hours and the tent was not waterproof. All the sides were seeping water which then left puddles in the bottom of the tent. Everything was wet. We threw the tent away at the campsite and had to resort to hotels. If your weather is clear and sunny this is a good choice.

9 months agoDoesn’t hold up to basic use
Broke with the first use. Tent looked like it was straining the struts when put up. One of the sewn seams was already coming apart. When taking it down, the plastic hinge locked up and the strut buckled. Got one use out of it, now it’s junk. Sad. Also the instructions were extremely hard to follow and only to in Spanish for some reason.

2 years agoLeaks amd breaks easily.
Very easy set up as promised, and I loved the large windows. However, I've used this tent twice and one of the poles has already bent, the tent is still usable but that pole no longer folds up properly. I've not been rained on in this tent yet, but while testing it's waterproof abilities with a hose, this tent dripped from all three back windows. Very disapointed.

The tent is so large to carry as it’s all attached together and become hard to carry in car
