Just got them and will be returning asap. They don't look anything like in the photos. The waist size is bit tight but accurate however the rest feel way to bulky and wide. They feel like oversized cargo pants or "relaxed" fit. Fabric is ok but they feel stiff and catch on when you walk. I bought a pair of other Columbia hiking pants many years ago and of course they were discontinued and to this day I cant find anything close to these.

Not built for cold
I bought these and was extremely disappointed. Not actually flannel lined.

Thin and Cheap Material
Material is thin. Not only is the pants thin, but the lining is nothing but a very thin piece of fabric. In addition the zipper is of poor lightweight quality. Also"Flex" in name suggest these pants has stretch. It does not. I get more flex in my Levi's. If buying thinking of keeping warm, forget it. Look for something else.

Durable work pant
These pants are durable and will fit over work boots. The material is not too thick and has held up after multiple washes. They have a slight stretch which makes them comfortable. These are worn at work on a construction site and they hold up.

Great lining
Great pants and the lining is wonderful. Ordered 36 inch waist. Unfortunately, the actual waist measurement is 38.

THE BEST PANTS
Sizing runs true, the liner is not bulky but very soft and warm. The lining of the pockets matcjes the pant lining. They are lined throughout with a black material but the waist and leg hems are plaid.
