It never arrived, and their system still consider it delivered after multiple complaints

Wanting refund men coat from about 14 months ago.

I had to buy a new coat this year because I bought one less than a year ago from Macy's and the zipper quit working. I would like a refund on the coat from, now, 13 months ago. This coat seems fine.

Stylish and warm

I bought the light brown coat. It fits great, looks stylish, and is very warm, which will be just what I need in New York winter weather.

Too big

They dont tell you on the website what the sizes measure so I ordered a large for my husband who has a 44” chest and he was swimming in this jacket. Way too big!
