Hunting for that perfect Jacket

Perfect sizing, great quality. I was looking for this style to replace a very old one that was worn to death. Unfortunately the Jacket is made of a more rain breaker fabric and I was looking for, now that I know, microfiber. Lining is good quailty cotton, t-shirt style. It is very warm though because the outside fabric does not breath. I may have to put in some rivet air holes.

Light weight & wearable daily

The jacket overall is great but the sleeve lining is too loose & is dragged through the end of the sleeve when you put the jacket on. The weight is good & the waterproof effect is nice.

Quick Shelter

This is just the jacket for desert rain. We don't get heavy rain in SoCal desert and this is just sturdy enough to double as a windbreaker and water repellant. The lining breaks the feel of water against your skin, as opposed to the similar jacket (which I have) that has no lining. Not too heavy because cold is something we don't experience, yet creates a solid barrier to the winds that accompany the little rain we get.
