I hope I like. Slow shipping

I haven’t received it. I purchased with the understanding that it would arrive two days after Christmas. The shipping is painfully slow and that’s not cool.

Great Coats. Poor customer serbice

I really enjoy this coat so far. It’s warm. The zippers decent and the drawstrings near the hood and waist are great features. The customer service from Macy’s was a disaster. The coat they sent had an ink security tag on it and it took quite a bit of effort, about 4 phone calls, and a trip to Macy’s before it got fully resolved.

trash on the pockets

I just got this delivered today and all I can say is that the Jacket itself is really good and comfy, my son really liked it, no issue on the quality. However as soon as my son tried it out, he pulled out a bunch of receipts and used tissues from one of the pockets on the side which is nasty and makes me wonder if this was a used jacket or if someone tried it and left all their little trash. Regardless the product is good
