Nice jacket

This was a gift. Recipient liked the jacket. Comfortable and warm, without being bulky. Liked the navy color. He wanted a packable jacket, and this one is pretty packable.

Disgruntled

Ordered 16 days ago and the items has still not arrived. When I wrote an email to customer service about not having received the item, in response, I received a request to review the item “whole it’s still fresh in my mind”! I don’t even have the item yet!! It’s frustrating. They promised it would be here twice already
