Perfect winter jacket!

My husband loves this jacket. I ordered in size XL but is was so huge so I have to return it and have the L size intead.

Great Warm Jacket

Outside material is soft, does not make much noise with movement. Inside gold dots with the 650 down makes a very warm jacket. Heavy duty zipper, large outside pockets and side openings to put your hands.

Not so great.

Over the years the quality of Columbia jackets has definitely gotten worse. Someone purchased this for me as a gift because they know how much I've enjoyed the Columbia 650 fill jackets I have. I would not recommend this jacket if you are looking to stay warm in cold weather, or need pockets on the inside of your jacket.

For me 5'11" 200 pounds the fit was just about perfect - nice coat with room for layers if needed. Very comfortable jacket and i expect pretty warm. I like the fabric as not being tear prone as i handle frisky dogs. I usually am not a fan of floppy hood but this secures fairly un-floppy and is removable - not a lot of pockets but the pockets it has work well. Overall very nice and yes very comfortable with sufficient motion without being baggy or restricting. NICE!

Maybe you lost this opportunity

Nice and good look jacket, but not chest or inside poket , good price and that golden omniheat detail inside. Still autumn , let see in winter if it work right , i hope so

a little thin

Its color, design, length, and price are all good. But is the 650 down really right? I bought this for winter. Winter hasn't come yet, but I can't expect this to be warm.
