I was sent the WRONG TEAM shirt

I have placed an order for this item four times already and every time it swaps a LOS ANGELES DODGERS button-down for a NEW YORK METS button-down!! The first time it happened I didn't bother to review the order as I was sure I had ordered the correct item. Upon opening the bag I immediately saw the ugly orange of the New York Mets logo on the shirt; I thought I had made the mistake of ordering the wrong shirt. A few days later I placed the order again and made sure that I selected the correct team. Everything was fine UNTIL I placed the order and REVIEWED THE ORDER...which then informed me that my New York Mets button-down shirt was on its way. This is definitely a system error...either on Macy's or Columbia's end. I called Macy's to let them know about the issue 3 days ago but nothing has changed yet.
