A nice coat, but poor button placements

A nice lightweight coat, but poor button placement or integration onto the fabric. I purchased the navy blue colored coat. A nice tee or light long sleeve shirt underneath will keep you warm. However, the buttons placed in between the pocket flaps fabric cause the outer fabric to create very noticeable button wear marks where the buttons are hidden underneath. I would rather just have visible buttons instead of permanent wear marks.
