Great Buy

Liked these a lot more than I thought I would. First the color looks sharp, they feel comfortable and great for outdoor activities. I got 2 pairs in the mail cause they were on sale and liked them so much I went back online and got a third. Would recommend.

Sizes have got larger… weird.

So I have 3 pair of these shorts in XL with 8" inseam which I bought last year, I ordered two more this week of the same size and they are much larger than what I had before also wider. Send the xl/8 back and got XLs with a 6 inch seam and the match the fit of what I purchased last year. Seems like the XL/8 are a XXL/8. The fabric of the new shorts seems thinner and much cheaper as well. Weird.

Great product, color inaccurate

Comfortable, lightweight, good fit true to size, but the Metal color is much more green/turquoise than it is gray like it looks in the image.

Broke after less than 10 uses

I bought three in the last 12 months and with a use of just 10 times per pants the seams broke, a disappointment given the quality of Columbia products

Super Comfortable

These shorts are super comfortable and suitable for just about any weather. The material is soft and dries quickly. The inside of the pockets are mesh which help keep you cool without holding moisture and the fact that there is no liner is the best feature. I am 5’8 and these shorts sit right at the top of my knee. I was so satisfied with this style that I bought two pair each in black, gray, and blue.
