Experiment with a Half Size Larger

I desired a sleeker looking boot, for hiking and multi-purpose use. After much research I found the Transverse. I read tons of comments regarding size. I went to numerous stores trying on the Transverse, when I could find it. I normally wear an 11 Wide. Although they fit, I decided to order an 11.5 Wide considering that I wear slightly thicker wool socks while hiking. They fit perfect for comfort and breathability. You may want to consider a half size larger. Good Luck

These shows suck!

The people posting positive reviews for these shoes probably haven’t walked a mile in them. These shoes are stiff as a board. Buy one size up and a use inserts so that you don’t torture your feet.

Happy Hicker

Almost immediately I realized I made a great purchase. I live in the Pacific Northwest and these boots work really well on trails, rocky beaches, and just around town. The waterproofing works really well for crossing small streams and big puddles. I am very happy with these boots and look forward to putting a lot of miles in them.
