Classic - Perfect Raincoat

I have now owned two of these jackets. They work exactly as they should, and hold up if taken care of. The first I used it for years traveling up and down the East Coast on my boat. Warm weather by itself and cold as a shell. This is my second and I still have the first. I hope they do not discontinue it. This will be your go to raincoat, - Capt. Rastermon

Almost perfect

Nice jacket. Just what I wanted for daily walks when rain is possible. The zipper sticks a bit in spots. Hope that will smooth out. The Velcro strips are a nuisance for me. I don’t walk in gales.

Not Just Any Rain Jacket!!!

Yes I received the Rain Jacket from Columbia. And I think it's fabulous. It's design is really good for this 6'4 guy. It's lightweight but kept the windy chill off. It's just what its described to be. I'm 65 and got nothing but compliments on it especially for the styling of it. Keep it up Columbia. Macy's you have great taste in the products you choose .

This was purchased as gift. The receiver love it! Said it fitted perfectly, could layer underneath it and it was comfortable. As it hadn't yet rained, he was wearing it in cooler weather.

Excellent rain jacket (Much nicer than NorthFace)!

I love this jacket. Its very comfortable, waterproof, and looks great too. The fit is okay, but the sleeves seem long for the size, a medium was too small for me, the large fits in all other areas except the sleeves being too long (I'm 6'-0", 190 lbs)

Trusted this jacket on Mt. Elbrus

Amazing jacket! I used it as my outer shell for a summit push on Mount Elbrus, and it was perfect. The conditions on the ascent to Pastukhov Rocks (around 4700m) were harsh-windy and cold-but the Watertight™ II kept me completely dry and protected from the wind. It's lightweight enough that I could wear it without feeling restricted. Attaching a photo from the climb so you can see it in action. For anyone looking for a dependable rain/wind layer for serious trips, I can't recommend this jacket enough. It's a workhorse.
