size up- A bit snug on a 13th % kiddo

Great item, I Have loved Coumbia products for years. This fleece is exactly true to size if not a smidge small, the 2T is quite fitted on my 13th percentile 2 year old when wearing a basic cotton toddler sweatshirt. He just started to fit into a 2T but I dont think this jacket will last through summertime ( Its March now). Thankfully it was on sale. Otherwise an excellent product and I LOVE the red color.
