Nice but Macys sent to me with security tag
Cute sweater for my daughter, but the item arrived with the security tag still attached. I had to go to Macys to get it removed.

Helpful At-Your-Service employee!
I went in for a return and the lady at the “At Your Service” register was very attentive and kind. This was on Monday night I forgot her name, but she was working night shift alone. When she helped at first she looked that the tags were off the item & mentioned that she couldn’t return due to a new policy. I told her that I accidentally took the tags off thinking I was going to wear it, but didn’t. I had just boughten the item that weekend. She was hesitant but very much wanted to help me return it & get my refund. She thankfully did the return and that made me very happy because what was I going to do with a brand new sweater?! She very much made my night and I couldn’t stop thanking her!

Perfect fit and warmth for chilly days
Perfect weight for the very chilly coffee shop where I like to study, as well as outdoor temps between maybe 45-65 degrees, depending on what you wear under it--it's definitely loose fitting enough to wear a heavier shirt under if you want. It's lightweight enough to fit in my backpack and the fleece is so soft and cozy without being "hot" that I wear it for hours with only a short sleeved T-shirt.
