Just okay

I found the jacket to b true to size according to the sizing guide. Agree w other users regarding the wrist of jacket is firm fitting. I personally like that feature as it’s intended to keep the cold air out. With that said, I do have smaller wrists so I found this to be a nonissue. I like the fur interior, which should make jacket extremely warm. I found the overall wear to be comfortable, although it wasn’t as flattering on me as the model in image. I’m sure size proportion had to do with that. The quilt style has an older feel to it. I have a love/hate relationship w that part. Overall it’s just okay. Not flattering to your shape, not a showstopper, just a very warm simple jacket. Period.

I like the coat, but I’m disappointed in Macy’s

I really like this coat, but unfortunately, one of the pocket zippers was broken when I received it. Macy’s did offer to give me a refund if I sent it back, but because I don’t want to be without a coat that was not a good option for me. I do wish that they would’ve offered me a partial refund or maybe they could do a better job checking merchandise before they send it off. I feel like this coat was probably returned before and got sent out again I probably will not be ordering from Macy’s again because either option was a hassle for me, if I return the coat, I will not have a coat and now I paid for damaged goods.

Great cost but size up

Love this coat but had to size up from a small to a medium and I’m 5’3” and 115 pounds so I was surprised but medium fits great and this is a great in between coat before winter.

runs small, but the issue is with making the return, 3 weeks since they got the return and no refund! trying to call and text is not working at all! horrible customer service. Macys lost a customer.
