A lovely vest, BUT

The Item I purchased, Columbia Women's puffed Thermarator insulated vest was very good quality and a beautiful vest. Unfortunately, I had to return it as the neckline was to high for me and uncomfortable to wear. I am petite, size XL. In general, I find name brand merchandise from Macy's to be of excellent quality. However, brands, such as Style & Company and "On 34th" are overpriced. Style is also poorer quality than in previous years. Macy's had ditched labels that I previously loved and purchased such as Alfani. I won't be shopping Macy's very much in the future. ...

Disappointed in the fitting but great color

I expected a medium to fit me well after looking at the size chart but it was larger than expected and made me look like a balloon :( So buy a size smaller if you want a snatched look

Delivery

There delivery is bad…! I know is not they don’t have control over that . But they need to use a more reliable delivery service. Been waiting for my Product to be delivered and no updates or notification or between what time it would be delivered. Made the purchase on 11-28-25 . It was delayed first and still waiting for an update on 12-7-25. Not recommend buy online from Macy's. Specially their delivery services..😡
