Not what you would expect from Columbia

This jacket is just off. It runs small and is very see through. This jacket does not look good at all if you are wearing dark clothing because you see the dark clothing right through the white material. So basically it’s only a white jacket if you are shearing white clothing underneath the jacket. This jacket is not representative of the Columbia brand.

Rain or Shine!

This jacket is nicely fitted with a hood that tucks into the high collar to make it invisible if desired. My husband immediately said it was stylish and he liked it. I will wear it rain or shine!

A Columbia Switchback IV Hooded Jacket is APlus.

This is the second Columbia Switchback jacket I've bought from Macy's. It is definitely a winner. Can be worn as athletic or dressy casual, depending on what it is paired with. Having a hood that can be rolled up into the collar is a plus for me.

Versatile and functional

I have these in several colors. I like that I'm able to keep the hood concealed in the zipperrd compartment around the collar until I need it. These are lightweight enough to wear under a jacket. I live in the PNW so I like to be prepared for rain. They are don't breathe so keep that in mind if you're wearing them on a run or a hike. They will keep you warm but you might build up a sweat. These also roll up nicely to pack in a suitcase or a backpack.
