Women's Switchback Waterproof Packable Rain Jacket

I read somewhere to order a size up because it had a slim fit. I'm glad I ordered a larger size. Plus, i could just use the bungy to slim it down. Wore it for hiking and then it rained. This jacket worked great in repelling water and kept me dry. Love the maroon/burgundy color.

Perfect lightweight rainjacket. Portable and comfortable.

Soft and roomy fabric. Able to layer a thick sweatshirt underneath easily. Longer sleeves are a plus for dryness. Love the color choices.

I have had one of these rain jackets for at least 15 years. It is still in perfect condition, but I decided to add another color. The Switchback Jacket is light and easily packable. In fact, my blue one will stay in my car for Florida rain showers and I’ll keep this dark pink one in my suitcase. I also have the lined jacket, however it’s a little warm for summer showers. This jacket fits true to size.

I’m 5’6, 145lbs, fits tight around the chest, probably won’t fit with a thick sweater, otherwise, it’s a nice jacket

The jacket is light and folds really small for putting away. True to size.

I bought this awhile back but hadn't used it until today and the rain soaked through it. I'm really disappointed and won't be buying Columbia again. I'm on a trip and now I have to buy a new rain jacket. I will say that it dries quickly.

Unlike some of the reviewers, I found this fit me perfectly, per my normal size medium. Love the length and the purple color is beautiful. Disappointed, though, that on one of my normal morning city walks, it comes back beading sweat on the inside. I'm a brisk walker, but this coat doesn't breath at all. Haven't tried it in the rain to know how waterproof it is as I have another great waterproof Columbia raincoat that DOES breath.
