I have not received this item and will probably return it when and IF it is received. Have asked for a cancellation/refund and told to wait. Will contact bank if not received by mid.week as you have already charged my account.

Did not receive entire order

I ordered 2 packs. One pack of 3 in white, the other pack in different colors. I only received the colored pack of underwear. I never got the white. I'm disappointed, but I called your customer service and someone is supposed to contact me later in the week.
