Very disappointed in Macy's. Suspected may have an issue with this when ordered due to other customer reviews. Pillow shipped is not contour (standard shape pillow with gel insert) as I ordered and does not resemble picture or description at all. Am surprised Macy's allows this vendor to continue to sell products that do not match descriptions or pictures. Think vendor should ship me correct pillow (unless not available, then should say so) and allow me to keep original pillow since this has occurred on other orders as well, again based on previous customer reviews. Cannot be returned to store according to product details.....

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered two different countour pillows. They shipped two the same pillows, not what I ordered at all. I had a lot of difficulties to return it because there were not any packing slips, my order # of course didn’t correspond the pillows they sent. Thanks to the sells person, she spent a lot of time to figure out how to return my money. OK, sometimes mistakes happen. I order one contour pillow again. THEY SENT ANOTHER FLAT WRONG PILLOW 3-d TIME!!! Now I have to go to the store again, get troubles with returning again and spend at least half an hour staying there and waiting when they figure out how to return my money with this wrong shipment again! This is ridiculous. Shame on them. I’ve never got such a horrible experience. Do not trust this company!!!

This is a nice, but very firm, pillow. Had to return.
Extra Firm Pillow That Works For Me
Like this pillow a lot! The “cool” side is just okay in my opinion. It’s definitely very cool at first—almost like a tingling sensation on my face (side-sleeper) but the pillow eventually gets warm. It’s not an uncomfortable hot like some memory foam pillows. But more importantly, I do not wake up with shoulder and neck pains anymore. My only complaint is it is very heavy but it’s worth getting a good nights sleep!!
Not a contour pillow
The pillow is not a contour pillow like in the 1st picture; it's a flat pillow with the square of gel in the center. Macy's told me the manufacturer is the one to post picture. They never fixed it.
Can't Sleep without it!
I purchased this pillow 6 years ago. It keeps my head cool all year round. Sometimes I rotate the pillow. This puts the portion my head was on, at the top, closest to the headboard, and then I get a cool pillow again. Love it!

Damaged pillows
I bought this pillow recently and when I received it there were stains all over it so I returned it. I bought a 2nd pillow and when I received that pillow underneath the pillow cover the pillow has holes all over the back of it. I am disappointed and will not buy it again. You should check your products before you send them to a customer...
