save your $

It took longer than usual to receive. It was shipped in original box no protection.This is not CHEF quality. Blade area looked dirty as if used before. Yuck. After first use I knew it was going back, 2 speeds hahaha , I was waiting for it to fall apart in my hands. I do not recommend this product.

Shipping Problem - Still Waiting for My Credit

Never received it because the shipping label Macy's printed did not contain the full address, per UPS rep. UPS had to return it to Macy's warehouse which was out of state. I am still waiting to receive a credit for it.
