New hair dryer

I bought this hair dryer to replace one that I'd used for over 40 years. I didn't have much time to shop as I was leaving on a trip the next day. It came in a small box and I was looking for a small hair dryer. When I got home and opened the box I saw that the handle could fold over for easier storage. I unfolded it to use, but have not been able to re-fold it. The dryer works, I like to use the Low versus High mode.

lightweight and easy to store the cord

I have been using this blow dryer for 2 weeks and it works very well. It is lightweight and the cord wraps up really easily and it's nice for storage. I primarily use it on high and it drives my very thick hair fairly quickly.

Great features

I am very pleased with this hair dryer. I have noticed my hair even feels better after using it. I definitely recommend it and the retractable cord is a great feature. Wish I had bought it sooner.

I’ve always liked Conair products, but this is the second one to stop working right. Not even a week after I got it it stopped blowing out full speed. Now it’s slower and a lot less air. What should I do?
