Not sure…

Seems to leak if water is still in it a few minutes after shut off - always have a puddle I waited too long to open and give this its first use after getting it for a gift .works nice otherwise.

GREAT STANDUP STEAMER FOR CLOTHING

Love it, It gets hot enough to stream one time going down in one straight location then cover the garment in about 10 minutes without ny strain on my shoulder.

Stopped working

I had it for less than a month and only used a few times, it just stopped producing steam. Sounded like it was gurgling the water but nothing would come out. Very disappointing.
