Wedding Guest Formal Dress

Beautiful dress; however it is a bit big for me through the hips & it is a bit long as it falls below my knees. I am 5’2” 140 pounds. I bought this to wear to a mid September wedding. Ordered a 10 petite to see if it will fit better.
