Connected Petite Metallic Cold-Shoulder Dress

Not as I expected.

This is a nice dress; however, the material is not as crisp as it looks on line. The dress is true to size for me, but quality wise is not satisfactory for me. I like the design of the dress, although I am not a fan of cold shoulders sleeves. I would probably wear this dress at business functions, but wear a blazer on top of it. My complains about the dress is . . . . . it is NOT hemmed, and that is one thing I don't like with dresses. It makes it cheap looking when it is not hemmed and even the sleeves are the same way. I like this dress, but every time I have to spend time to fix a dress to make it better, that is a subtraction to its rating. The more time I am spending to fix the dress, the more money its costs me. (I still recommend the dress, but as a warning, it is NOT hemmed!)
