Charged More Than Price Tag

I ordered this dress in a size that was too large, returned it for a smaller size. The dress I received had an orange sale tag added to the original tag that was $20 cheaper than what I was charged. I know prices change but I shouldve received the sale price if that’s how it was marked.

Blueberry
