Cowl-neck Black Dress

I like the neck part of this dress as it has a chiffon like material that drapes in the front and back, making this dress look somewhat elegant. The material is not as I expected one star, the other star is because the dress arrived in a small plastic envelope not inserted inside a clear plastic bag, and it was so wrinkled that although I hand washed it and hung to dry, it took forever to iron/steam the fabric to take the wrinkles out. I’m not sure if there’s a team that fills the orders or the salespersons but a lesson on how to fold is a must. I’m a 38c, 5’1” and a size 10 fit perfectly.
