Unable to return Damaged Dress

Beware of Macys on-line service. I received this dress and it did not appear like the picture. This dress was too big for a size 14, smelled disgusting like someone wore and returned. This dress should have been trashed. I am very disappointed Macy’s online service is no longer trustworthy to send out quality product. I received an old, stretched out elastic arms, dress that was almost ankle length, the pocket I can’t reach when tried on. It hung like a sack, no where near the picture. This is something I can’t wear. I will not buy from Macy again, maybe this is why they will not accept return for items. I bought on-line with the expectation of quality what Macy stood for at one time. This not the first time this happed while buying on-line and it is not fair a customer does not have the opportunity to return on-line product once the opportunity tor view and try on. They do their long time loyal customers a disservice maybe it’s time to think about closing account.

Beautiful dress

I was hesitant about buying this dress because of the reviews. I took a chance and ordered it. It's beautiful, comfortable, has pockets, and the length is perfect. I recommend it!

Decent

I purchased this dress online for a culmination. I teach kindergarten. Good color. Nice fit. Prefect length. I especially enjoyed the puffy sleeves. 3/5 stars because it pilled after the first wash. I know "they just don't make things like they used to." But, it looks old now after only one wear. If decide to purchase, may I recommend dry cleaning instead.
