Runs small

I purchased this dress for a December wedding. It’s very pretty, especially for the holidays, but runs small in the bust. I have several Connected dresses in size 6 that fit perfectly. This was very tight across the chest and upper back but roomy in waist and hips. For reference, I’m 5’3”, 129 lbs, bra size 34DD.
