Wrong size received twice

I ordered these twice and each time I received a size 6.5 in men’s rather than a women’s size. The second time, I called customer service and they placed the order for me and it still came in the wrong size (men 6.5). The shoes I received seemed to be good quality and comfortable but way too big.
