Converse

These shoes run way too big/long.I wear a size 8 in woman.I ordered a 7.5 And they still were big.I needed a size 7.

Wrong size

My order shows I ordered a women’s size 8 yet what I got was a women’s 10 and unisex 8! Nowhere in the description does it say it’s unisex! And now it’s all sold out! Never again macys!

Uni-Confusion

This item needs to be relabeled to signify that it has unisex sizing. I love the shoe. But reading 'women's', i ordered my size (9). It was a women's 11, not my size😅. And now, i would have to order at the regular price, not the sale price. I will wait to see if it goes on sale again.

love the shoe, not the service

love converse however i bought this WOMENS shoe as a 8.5 as the description and size guide recommended… they sent me a men’s 8.5 which is a women’s 10.5. now i gotta return this and order it another way ugh

European size not American

The sizes are not converted. So for example, size 8 in converse is actually a size 10 in women’s American. This is so tiresome. Now I have to take them back, wasting time. I know, first world problems. Whatever. So whomever is responsible, fix it. It’s not that difficult. But imagine I’m using profanity when you read this.
