Wrong item delivered

Received sneaker type shoes with shoe laces, a star design on the side and blue in color. Totally different than what was ordered. Box had a hand written description, obviously it was wrong.

What was ordered vs what received

Wrong size delivered in wrong description on the box. Shoes suede area was nice but the black (unsure of the material) area at the back was chep looking. Returned for a full refund.
