Not worth the money

Very disappointed. This item arrived dirty, damaged and possibly used. Not at all the quality I would expect from this brand. Macys said they would reship a new cooler but then I got an email saying no. It’s hard to get in contact with a real person to ask questions and I don’t have a store near me.
