Request for Customer Comments

This is related to my 25% discount and the salesclerk. The salesclerk was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The problem was that my credit card was entered, and then I was informed that the discount did not apply to this product. I felt that the salesperson should have notified me that the discount did not apply prior to my inserting my credit card, as I felt obligated to purchase the product since I inserted my card.
