Great fabric too short

I was so excited for this purchase until it arrived. The fabric is great quality it seems warm but not too heavy. As soon as I opened the dress and held it up I knew there was no way it was going to fit like a dress. It looked like an over sized sweater. The arms were short and the sweater was barely long enough to cover. The dress fits more like a shirt. I’m 5’8 so not crazy tall. Definitely returning.
