Very disappointed

My package came from Hialeah, Florida, I’m very disappointed in how this shirt was packaged by your fulfillment dept. It was rolled into a ball and put into the mailing bag, who is training these employees? What is happening to MACYS?

This shirt runs very wide!

I love the color and the fabric of this shirt. However I had questioned myself on the size I needed. This shirt runs wide! The xl shirt is 56" wide so do not look at the size chart for this item. The arm length on this particular shirt runs average and has a drop off shoulder seams.
