WRONG SIZE CHART!

I ORDERED THIS IN XXL WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD EQUATE TO US SIZE 14? THAT'S WHAT THE FOREIGN CHART SAID! THE FABRIC CONTENT WAS 6 TAGS IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES! ENGLISH WAS THE 5TH TAG AND STATED COTTON ON? WHAT IS THAT? WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS? SHAME ON THE ALL THE GREEDY PEOPLE IN US BUSINESSES!
