Cork placemats

I love using the cork placemats. They are easy to care for. Easy cleanup after a meal. They last a very long time, unlike material placemats, also very pretty, but to clean them you would have to put them in the washing machine instead of just wiping them off with a damp cloth. There are a variety of different designs. They tend to be more expensive than the material placemats, but last much longer. I do find that Macys has decent prices on both.
