Hats OK. Shipping terrible.

The hat is OK. The service to get it is terrible. I ordered the hat online, because I knew it is out of style, but its for a person who doesn't care about that. Anyhow, the delivery took a while, and when it came, I was very disappointed. The hat was stuffed into a plastic shipping envelope, which the post office person stuffed into my mailbox, destroying the shape of the hat. I think a box would have been more appropriate. It was obviously a floor sample, as the theft prevention button was still in it, and it was somewhat dirty. I had to take it to the mall, and get the button removed. They offered a return, but when they looked, they didn't have any in stock, the hat I had was shipped from upstate New York, so I kept it. I'll have it cleaned.
