Magnesium easy on the stomach

Hard pill to swallow

Holy cow, these pills are HUGE! And a serving size is 3 pills. Definitely don’t try to swallow all three at once - these are the biggest supplement tablets I think I’ve ever had. They are easy on the stomach, haven’t had any upset as a result of taking them. They seem to do what they’re meant to do - I sleep better with them than without them. I’d recommend them, but if you struggle with swallowing pills, these are probably too big.

I can’t recommend Country Life supplements enough!

Awesome to have supplements I can trust to be gluten free! Dr. Recommended I take magnesium glycinate, B-12, and D-3. After a few weeks of taking them I feel great!

Known, quality product at a good price

I had been using a different brand that wasn't clear about the what form of magnesium it used. I wanted to know given that different forms have different effects and absorbtion efficiencies. The Country Life is very clear on this and is a step up for me. I also like the large glass containers, which are likely more recyclable than the plastic alternatives.
