I can’t recommend Country Life supplements enough!

Awesome to have supplements I can trust to be gluten free! Dr. Recommended I take magnesium glycinate, B-12, and D-3. After a few weeks of taking them I feel great!

Known, quality product at a good price

I had been using a different brand that wasn't clear about the what form of magnesium it used. I wanted to know given that different forms have different effects and absorbtion efficiencies. The Country Life is very clear on this and is a step up for me. I also like the large glass containers, which are likely more recyclable than the plastic alternatives.

I will update this later with more details but wanted to get it on here quickly. The picture looks like it is a 400mg pill...it is not. The picture is different than the bottle I received.
