Great supplement to relax before sleep when feeling restless or provide better mental clarity and calmness after my morning coffee. Good to balance out anxiety or jitters without being overpowering. I usually only take 1 or 2 which seems to get the job done. Taste and texture is okay and goes down smooth.

Relaxing

Does a good job at helping me go to sleep on those stressful/restless nights, but also works well when paired with caffeine on those long mornings. The taste is alright, but every three or four seem to be a little overpowering, but that's the only thing I do not like. I would definitely look into other supplements to pair this will, I personally enjoy a B-complex as it works together to make a good focus mix.
