Worth it for me!

Great way to work out when you don't want to use weights all the time. I used these when I was in physical therapy for strengthening . Definitely getting your money's worth out of it.

Portable and easy to use

I bought this to be able to take some training to various places. My kids have soccer and they are not quite big enough, so I can do a little work out while watching them practice.

Cowin exercise bands are not worth it.

Tubes have no resistance at all would not recommend. You would do better by purchasing resistance bands for a better work out.
