Wrong color

I ordered these panties in black, 5 of them, got all 5 in white, tried to exchange for the correct color with the rep from Philippines, got a refund instead. Tried again with another rep, same result. Asked to be transferred to the US rep, ordered with her, confirmed color, got white again. Sent them back again. Guess third time is a charm, did not re-order again. What a headache!
