Excellent product for GI and urinary health

I have excellent experience using these probiotics. I have only had to use half dose so far to help regulate my bowel movements. Sometimes I do have to skip a day, however, I do have a very stressful lifestyle and so this plays a large role. With this being said, this probiotic has been extremely helpful. One of the reasons I decided to choose this was the amount of cranberry that was within the probiotic. I have been struggling with urinary tract infections on and off again for quite some time, and since I have started this probiotic this has not been a problem for me. I do think that this is at least played a small role in helping regulate my urinary health as well.
