Best knife ever!
I bought this for my dad's birthday and he absolutely loves it. I have used it as well and wow it is sharp and beautifully made. It's such great quality and a steal for such craftsmanship. It is the perfect knife to have as a staple in your kitchen.

Perfect Knife for Everything!
This is *literally* my go-to knife for everything. It cuts watermelon SO easily - I won't use any other knife, and yet it's also perfect for smaller everyday food prep items. Those I have gifted the Go-To Santoku knife to also say they use it for everything. A true staple in my kitchen <3

love this knife
This knife is amazing at slicing and chopping onions, something I do almost every day. Cuts throw raw meat easily and has a nice weight to it. Very pleased and want another.

Was excited to get a knife like this, as i do not have one in my current selection. Chopped great, sliced my fruit fine.

Not my favorite knife
I like the handle and weight of this knife, but it's not better than what I normally use. Because it is surrated it doesn't work for dicing and mincing vegetables very well. It does ok with slicing, but not well enough to replace the knife I usually use.
Lightweight
Very sturdy, lightweight, and sharp thus far. If the blade were to be straight and smooth, it would be more ideal personally.
