Flora - Creed Department ! ❤️❤️

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Macy’s at Cross County Mall in Westchester County, Yonkers and we cannot praise their staff ( Flora) enough for her exceptional service. This is our second time seeing her since the year started and each time we walked into the store, we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile . Flora went above and beyond to make our shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her product knowledge was impressive and she was able to provide detailed information about the different creed scents. What truly stood out was Flora’s genuine enthusiasm and passion for her job. She seemed genuine interested in helping us find the right items, rather than just making a sale. She patiently listened to our concerns and offered valuable suggestions. Very pricey for a scent that’s somewhat common.

It’s a good fragrance but the burn down is soft although pleasant. Not a modern scent and more suited to a older gentleman.
