Wouldn’t recommend. Doesn’t get hot enough on high
I will be returning due to doesn’t get hot enough as my other crockpots do. Most should be done in 4 hours to 8 hours but not thin one even on high. I love the features.

Before you return it, here are a few quick troubleshooting steps that can help determine whether the unit is under‑heating or if something else may be affecting performance:
1. Check the fill level: Slow cookers perform best when filled between ½ and ¾ full. Too little or too much can affect temperature and cook time.
2. Ensure the lid is fully sealed: A lid that isn’t seated properly can cause heat loss and extend cooking time.
3. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking: Each lift can drop the internal temperature significantly and add 20–30 minutes to the cook time.
4. Verify the outlet: Plug the slow cooker into a dedicated wall outlet (not a power strip or extension cord), as these can reduce power flow.
5. Test with a simple water test: Fill the crock halfway with water, set it to High, and let it run for 2 hours. The water should be noticeably hot and may lightly simmer. If it remains lukewarm, the unit may not be heating correctly.
