Disappointed

I ordered this CRUX stand mixer from Macy around Christmas. I was lured by the price And boy I was wrong . The thing runs for 1-2 minutes then gets heated and stops and smells like something burning. Then would cool off in 20 minutes and then run again. I was not able to use it in 30 days of purchase and now they won’t return. The manufacturers do not respond to phones, messages. I m giving 1 star rating because there is no option for zero star

Disappointing quality

I had high hopes for the CRUX Mixture, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. From the moment I turned it on, I noticed a burning plastic smell, which was alarming. The machine itself shakes violently while in use, making it feel unstable and unsafe. The build quality is extremely poor, with flimsy plastic parts that don’t seem durable at all. Overall, this product feels cheap and unreliable. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy, high-quality mixer.

Lasted 2 months

Ordered in December. Died today after a few uses. I make bread so perhaps motor is not powerful enough. But it was very inexpensive while on sale.
