Does Not Turn On

I received this stand mixer February 2024 for my birthday, and it stopped working December 2025. Very disappointed that the mixer didn't even last a year.

Crux stand mixer

Very disappointed the mixer doesn’t turn on . I don’t recommend this brand. First time trying to use it and it won’t turn on I bought it from Macy’s 11/2024 never used it till 11/2025 and it don’t work I wasted my money

Very disappointed

I purchased this stand mixer soon got delivered. After the delivery I checked it but it wasn’t working. I made a return stating it and got the other pieces. It was working. But soon after a month it started to stop for few seconds. I thought it was normal. But now it’s just 8-9 months and it completely stopped working. Very disappointed with the usage and its quality. Don’t recommend anyone for the purchase.

Crux mixer machine

I definitely do not recommend this crux mixer machine, the firt time I try to used it got burnt, I turned on to mix some flour and and just worked for a few minutes and stopped working. burning smell came out of the machine and stopped working. It was the first time using it, that make me very disappointed of it.

Started to cause issues in less than 6 months

It stops working properly after 15 mins, also gives burning smell. Need this to be returned or replaced.
