Nice earnings

The earnings look better in person, they have a blind to it, I bought the jube birthstone but the color is not very noticeable, i bought it for my daughter and she slept with them and gave her like an allergic reaction, itchy ears.

Very disatisfied

I was send a charm instead of the earrings, not sure why someone in your warehouse screwed up so badly. I had to jump thru hoops to get my daughter a nice pair of earring. Very disatisfied

Inadequate packaging led to damage in transit

The earrings are lovely; unfortunately, they were shipped in an envelope with no other packaging to protect them and were badly damaged when they arrived. Macy’s doesn’t carry them in store, so I have to wait for them to go on sale again to repurchase. Hopefully they will arrive intact next time.
