defective strap

I originally ordered a size S and a M. I usually wear a M in Junior sizes. The S fit me best. I had to return both. The S that fit me was defective. The strap was sewn twisted. The small also still had the alarm element on it. I reordered another S, and the strap was sewn twisted on that dress too. It's cute, but I am unable to wear it.
